Warranty Information

Thank You for Your Purchase We appreciate your support and thank you for purchasing our product.

Warranty Period

*^Products include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

To accommodate pre-order and postage timeframes, we will honour a total warranty period of 14 months. 

*^The Caravan Trailer Light and Brake Tester

 12V AGM battery is covered by a 3-month warranty only. 

Important Product Information

 The products are not waterproof. These products are not resistant to wet or damp environments. Exposure to moisture or water may cause damage and void the warranty.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturer defects and faulty parts under normal intended use.

This warranty does not cover malicious or intentional damage, misuse or use outside intended purpose, accidental damage, or water ingress.

Postage & Return Costs All costs associated with postage and packaging for returning items for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the customer and this includes the cost of returning the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.
