Our  Warranty Explained

Both the Starlink power adapter and the trailer tester box* product is backed by a 12-month warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter any issues during this period, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you, aside from postage fees^

*Everything supplied except the 15Ah AGM battery has a 12 months limited warranty whereas the battery has only 3 months warranty.

^Return postage and packaging for warranty claims are at the expense to the buyer as explained in the terms and conditions and sale on the product website.
